A company is said to be a fellow subsidiary of another company if both are Subsidiaries of the same holding company.
Example
HOL Limited – a Holding Company
SUBS 123 Limited is a subsidiary company of HOL Limited.
SUBS 456 Limited is another subsidiary company of HOL Limited.
In the above case, SUBS 123 Limited and SUBS 456 Limited are the fellow subsidiaries of HOL Limited.
