Section 158 (Power of High Courts to make rules) under Chapter XXIII (Miscellaneous) of the Patents Act, 1970 ⦂―

❝The High Court may make rules consistent with this Act as to the conduct and procedure in respect of all proceedings before it under this Act.❞

- the Patents (Amendment) Act, 1999 (No. 17 of 1999);
- the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2002 (No. 38 of 2002);
- the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 (No. 15 of 2005).
