Sec 157, Patents Act 1970: Right of Govt to sell or use forfeited articles

Section 157 (Right of Government to sell or use forfeited articles) under Chapter XXIII (Miscellaneous) of the Patents Act, 1970 ⦂―

❝Nothing in this Act shall affect the power of the Government or of any person deriving title directly or indirectly from the Government to sell or use any articles forfeited under any law for the time being in force.❞

- the Patents (Amendment) Act, 1999 (No. 17 of 1999);
- the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2002 (No. 38 of 2002);
- the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 (No. 15 of 2005).
