Sec 119, Factories Act 1948: Act to have effect notwithstanding anything contained in Act 37 of 1970

Section 119 (Act to have effect notwithstanding anything contained in Act 37 of 1970) under Chapter XI (Supplemental) of the Factories Act 1948

❝The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 or any other law for the time being in force.❞
