Section 186, Contract Act 1872: Agent's Authority May Be Express Or Implied

Section 186 under the Chapter X (Agency - Appointment and authority of agents) of the Contract Act, 1872 of India - 'Agent's authority may be express or implied', is reproduced hereunder:—

“The authority of an agent may be express or implied.”
