Debenture Director of Company

A Debenture Trust Deed is made and Trustees (known as Debenture Trustees) are appointed under Section 117A & 117B of the Companies Act 1956. This Trust Deed is made between the Company and the Trustees of appointed under such Trust Deed.

The Trust Deed may empower the trustees for appointment of person(s) to be the Director of the Company in which the Debenture Holders belong to.

The Debenture Director shall not be bound to hold any qualification shares and shall not be liable to retire by rotation or be removed by the company.
