Rule 16DD of Income Tax Rules 1962: Form-Claiming Deduction-Sec10A(1B)(b)

Rule 16DD : Form of particulars to be furnished along with return of income for claiming deduction under clause (b) of sub-section (1B) of section 10A.
(Chapter: IV - Tax Exemptions and Reliefs)

The particulars, which are required to be furnished by the assessee along with the return of income under clause (b) of sub-section (1B) of section 10A shall be in Form No. 56FF.
