Regulation 64 of SEBI (LODR): Delisting of Securities of Listed Entity

Regulation 64 under Chapter VI (Obligations of Listed Entity which has Listed its Specified Securities and either Non-Convertible Debt Securities or Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares or Both) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is as under:

(1) In the event specified securities of the listed entity are delisted from the stock exchange, the listed entity shall comply with all the provisions in Chapter V of these regulations.


(2) In the event that non-convertible debt securities and non-convertible redeemable preference shares‘ of the listed entity do not remain listed on the stock exchange, the listed entity shall comply with all the provisions in Chapter IV of these regulations.
