Model Articles
During incorporation, a company may adopt model articles in the formats as applicable on it and as specified in Tables F, G, H, I and J in Schedule I of the Companies Act, 2013.
A company has a choice to either adopt all of the regulations contained in the model articles or only selected regulations out of it.
A company may add additional regulations to the model articles subject to the companies act provisions.

Amendment to Articles
A company can make an alteration in its articles by following necessary procedure prescribed under section 14 of the Companies Act.
